Cat Halek IBCLC, Infant Feeding Specialist

Cat’s journey into infant feeding support began with her own experience breast feeding her child, Jax. In 2011, she started her professional path at WIC in Pinellas County as a peer counselor, where she was mentored by three IBCLCs. She earned her certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2015, recertified in 2020, and will be recertifying again at the 10-year mark in 2025.

Feed With Love was founded on the belief that all families deserve informed choice and support, ensuring that however they choose to feed their child, it is always with love. Cat is committed to empowering families with tailored, practical guidance to achieve their unique feeding goals, whether that involves bottle feeding, formula feeding, mixed feeding, or breastfeeding. Her approach celebrates the individuality of every family, fostering confidence and connection throughout their feeding journey.
